Reading: Lil’ Wayne Says “Sorry for the Wait” for Tha Carter IV

Lil’ Wayne’s highly anticipated fourth album is finally completed!  Tha Carter IV had many delays, but it is now scheduled to be released August 29^th.

The rapper does apologize for the wait as he releases a new mixtape entitled, Sorry 4 the Wait with 10 tracks.  The mixtape drops July 13^th, the same day as his I Am Music Tour returns.

‘Tha Carter IV’ is not even released yet and his first single, “How to Love,” is already a hit.  “That song is just sweeping the world.  It’s touching every woman, that’s what it was for.  It was like Tupac had ‘Keep Ya Head Up’ and it was a message to women and little girls across the world just to keep your head up even though things are hard,” says Wayne in a recent interview with MTV.

Hip hop heads have been, and still are, anxiously awaiting the release of Tha Carter IV.  It’s looking good for Lil’ Wayne right now.  That is, as long as nobody leaks his songs…like you weren’t thinking it.
