Ludacris To Drop New Mixtape Before “Ludaversal”

We’ve lost one too many rappers to the movie world, but not Luda. During an interview with Kube 93 FM, the rapper confirms “Music is still #1.” His album, Ludaversal, is scheduled to be released in early 2012. While we wait, the rapper will be dropping his first mixtape made up of all new content.
“We gon’ flood the streets with a bunch of music for all the fans that appreciate that. It’s been a decade long [roughly since his major label debut album, Back for the First Time] so I feel like it’s that time. It’s just rejuvenation. We gotta make sure we give everybody what they need right now,” Ludacris said.
Battle of the Sexes last year, multiple movies this year, a new album next year and a mixtape coming out? Yes, “Luda cash checks that’ll break the bank.”
