I had seen a comment on another forum about double-clicking the MAPI32.exe file, but a search of my computer didn't turn that one up, at least not the .exe file, so error ordinal 19 could not be located in library DRMClien.dll 13. If Eudora is installed on the system, even if it is not in use, it may have replaced the Windows version of MAPI32.dll with a version incompatible with Identity Finder.
