A Look at Obama’s First Hundred Days
Loading ...I completely agree with the administration’s assessments of the ’100 Days’ benchmark–its nothing more than a Hallmark holiday for the media.? That said, with so many things going on, it would be good to gauge the way some of the steps he’s taken thus far.

“Two years ago, I criticized the Secretary of State for the firing of U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, John Evans, after he properly used the term ‘genocide’ to describe Turkey’s slaughter of thousands of Armenians starting in 1915. ? as President I will recognize the Armenian Genocide.”
Unfortunately, President Obama has not followed through with this promise.? As a senator he called for Turkey’s acknowledgment of the genocide, but, likely to gain a foothold in the Muslim world, he has backpedaled on this issue.? Turkey has consistently refused to term the acts of the Ottoman Empire as “Genocide/”
