ATF Disrupts Plot to Kill Obama and Blacks

Government agents reportedly have foiled a plot to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Court records released today quote agents as saying they disrupted plans by two neo-Nazi skinheads, according to AP reporting.
They planned on killing 102 Black Americans in Tennessee, by first robbing a gun store, then shooting 88 and decapitating another 14.
Jim Cavanaugh, special agent in charge of the Nashville field office for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said the two men planned to shoot 88 black people and decapitate another 14. The numbers 88 and 14 are symbolic in the white supremacist community. The men also sought to go on a national killing spree, with Obama as its final target, Cavanaugh told The Associated Press.
The letter H being the eighth letter of the alphabet, and ‘HH’ (88) signifies the Nazi Greeting, “Heil Hitler.” The significance of the number 14 lies in the Nazi ’14 words,’ which are: “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children.”
Though details are sketchy, the feasibility of this terrorist plot can be easily dismissed. That is, until the first few people die and fear and panic grips the area, like during the Beltway Sniper attacks, where 14 people were shot–10 fatally.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Jackson, Tennessee, said Daniel Cowart, 20, and Paul Schlesselman, 18, were self-described white supremacists who met online through a mutual friend.
Both men have been charged with illegal possession of a sawed-off shotgun, conspiracy to rob a federally licensed gun dealer and making threats against a presidential candidate.
