Please try again later. I got around this by going to Disk Utilities in Recovery mode and repairing the partition. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again.

Supposedly you can switch back to HFS+, but I wouldn't recommend that. Simply having boot camp installed seems to give you access to booting from a Windows disk in startup disk.
