If you had already done that, most likely you might be missing Crystal Reports runtime http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/runtime.asp Browse the link and see which version you need for Crystal RunTime. I guess it figures that after all that time spent searching online, I find the solution minutes after posting, I guess the trick is knowing the right question to ask..
