iPhones are the bane of Outlook. Other objects may be affected too, but I only use the calendar so I haven't run into it. However, upon save, the error "Could Not Save Item" is displayed. We have a client experiencing the very same issue - Outlook 2007.

I've tried such things as the new "diagnostics" feature (which revealed nothing), uninstalling/reinstalling Outlook, completely emptying calendar of all items, as well as creating a new (blank) data file as a I just tried creating a new Contact and got the same error.
