The problem is we used to get the below error when we tried to connect to Windows server 2003 through RDP. Only Admins can get in if you don't configure that as well. HI Check your web-portal-->farm settings-->advanced settings and insert your external ip of Application server.
Only this server is impacted. -Laptop can ping the server, tracert is 1 hop, and can telnet into 3389 on server. -Server has been rebooted. -Connection limit is not being exceeded. Setting the TS to "High" encryption fixes the issue (or drilling down into the regsitry on the local machine and enabling FIPS.)
