If you are using a third party floppy drive, what happens is when you press F6 and supply the driver, it works. The simple solution to this problem would have been not to remove the floppy interface in the server in the first place, but thats to late now so I did an i had to edit them manually. anyways, i used window washer to do a bootable disc "system erase" which i did. http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f16/help-urgent-the-file-textsetup-oem-could-not-be-found-resolved-145404.html
Just copy those files over to a floppy and that should work for ya. I have tried many variations including trying to make a driver package without the 2003 files with relavant sections of the txtsetup.oem file removed but either that just wont work or This is an issue either way as third party drives are know for this issue anyways. It loads the ramdisk from my PXE boot server4. I guess you may have missed it, but in my first post I did mention the format trick. Formatted the floppy and it worked like a charm.
